Chief Project Engineer (GIP)

Responsibilities:

Determining the composition of project development participants, including subcontractors of design and survey organizations, the distribution of tasks between them and the conclusion of agreements on the scope of work, terms of payment and deadlines.;
Implementation of author's supervision and monitoring of the progress of work during construction; timely resolution of issues related to the design and arising during construction, commissioning of the facility and development of design capacities, operation of the facility;
Drawing up a project development schedule, project composition and preparation of a design assignment;
Determination of planned and actual costs for design and survey work; determination of the cost of developing sections and parts of the project; accounting and control of funds spent by developers in accordance with the design assignment;
Implementation of technical management of design and survey work during the design of the facility and author's supervision;
Control over the implementation of project documentation in accordance with the TOR;
PIR calculations (in the program "estimate of the PIR RK").

Chief Project Designer

Responsibilities:

Participation in decision-making on the design scheme of buildings and structures;
Control and verification of the execution of design works in sections of QL, KM;
Improving the quality of developments;
Managing the development of complex projects at all stages and stages of work;
Technical and methodological guidance of design, linking all parts of projects, coordination of work on the entire complex of projects;
Leadership of the design team, assignment of tasks and verification of calculations and accepted design decisions.

Requirements:

Experience in protecting developed projects in the RSE Gosexpertiza;
At least 5 years of professional experience in a project company;
The ability to make independent decisions;
Knowledge of current regulatory requirements;
Revit ownership is desirable;
Portfolio.

Proficiency in graphics programs (including Revit, LIRA-CAD is welcome);
Experience in designing and passing state expertise;
Willingness to develop in the BIM technology environment;
Responsibility, attentiveness and teamwork skills.
